Yellow nail lacquer

I've been trying to find a good yellow nail polish for a while now. I've bought three and none of them are quite what I'm looking for.

Ulta has a yellow called sun-sational for $5. You have to put at least three coats, I put four and it still looked like it could use one more. This dries pretty fast and doesn't chip so easily.

I put one coat of O.P.I's Lemonade stand by your man from the Retro fun in the sun collection over the Ulta Creme and it came out like this
Pretty much the same, just with a bit of shimmer. This O.P.I polish is exactly like Sunny Romance of Saint Tropez from CHI.

My index and middle finger are CHI, and my ring and pinky are O.P.I. Three coats each. They're identical, and both dry kinda slow but don't chip much, but neither are the yellow I want.

Lip gloss!

Here are a few Lip gloss reviews!

I tried out two lip glosses from Express, in caramel drop and hawaiian slam, both $7 at Express.
I love caramel drop, it's a very pretty color. It's a shimmery tan with a hint of pink. It applies easily, smells delicious, tastes sweet, and has a very pretty sheer color on my lips. I love the slight shimmer in it. I prefer this to the other, because Hawaiian slam has bigger shimmer and glitter in it. It still is very pretty, but a little too glittery for me. This one is clear with pink and green-blue glitter in it. It smells really fruity and good, and tastes good too. But when I am wearing it, I can feel the glitter which I don't really like. I do like these glosses though and I plan on buying more. They're not sticky, and you don't have to apply them a lot of times like normal lip glosses.

I got this lip gloss from Sephora, and I really like it. It's more of a special occasion gloss than an everyday gloss for me. It smells just like cinnamon buns, and it's slightly sweet but not that much. I LOVE this color, the picture doesn't show it well, but this is a very pretty transparent color with pink, gold, and green shimmer in it. I love how you can't feel the glitter and it's not too much, but this is a little sticky. I get very annoyed because my long hair gets stuck in it a lot! That's the only con for me, I'm definitely buying more of these glosses. They're $10 at ulta, sephora, and on

Eye makeup remover wipes

I hate removing my eye makeup with liquid remover. It gets into my eye and it bothers me, so I love eye makeup remover wipes. I've tried a few, but so far I have two favorites.

I love Neutrogena's makeup remover wipes because it really does get all of my makeup off. Downside, It's sooo oily! I have to wash my face right after because it feels so greasy. If you have very dry skin, this would be good for you. But if not, try their oil-free wipes. These are $6.49 and can be found  here

I also like Maybelline's Expert Eyes remover wipes. These don't remove as well as the Neautrogena ones do, but if you put a little pressure while removing then it works well. This product isn't greasy at all. I don't like the smell of these, they smelled like Wasabi when I first opened them. The smell is kind of going away now though. I think these wipes work better when I wear less makeup, if I wear a lot of eyeshadow and mascara then I need to use two. Overall, this is a great product! These are $6.99 for 50 at Walgreens. Recently my grandma, my friend Daphne and I went makeup shopping. I found a lot of great items, and some not-so great items.
One thing I bought was a shimmer pot called Shimmy by Julia Hewett.
I got it in "cleo".  I'm not absolutely crazy about this item, because you have to make sure you use a very very small amount when you're using it, or it will be too shimmery. It makes me look like I have a bit of a tan when I put a little on my cheekbones. I do like this product for my body though, it looks very pretty on my arms and collarbone! Because of how little of this you should use, this product will last a very long time. I would recommend this more for naturally darker women, not women who are pale. It's $22, you can get it at this website

I also got this Anastasia clear Brow gel, which I actually like. I usually get frustrated because my eye brows don't always stay in place, so this product is good for me! It's super easy to apply and super easy to get off. The only thing i'm not too fond of, is that it feels a bit like hairspray when you put it on and it dries. And if you accidently put too much, you can definitely tell! Other than that, this is a great brow gel. It separates and keeps in place. I also like that it's clear, so it's good for any color! It's $21 and you can get it at this website

I really really like this lipgloss! Daphne convinced me to get it, she said she really likes these glosses. This product promises to brighten your smile and freshen your breath, and it does! I love how you can smell the mintyness of this gloss after applying it. It feels minty too. I got this in the color Freedom of Peach, which is a color I think is good for my skin tone and hair color (Light beige and dark brown). I would definitely recommend this. Try to buy a color that you know would look good on you, like if you have another lip gloss in a similar color. Or get the blue one, called Happy Hour. That could be used on anyones skin tone. To find what stores near you this product is at, check on but at Walgreens it's $4.99. You can find this product at this website
